Hire Our Church Spaces

We can provide a warm, modern and flexible building with good facilities which include a kitchen.

It is an ideal facility for small conferences (140 people), for fund raising concerts and other community activities. There are smaller rooms suitable for children’s parties and small rooms available for group meetings. There is a good sound system with loop facility for the hard of hearing and good access for disabled people.

There is a car park for 15 vehicles and convenient parking in the adjacent side road.

There are four rooms that can be booked separately or in a combination.

The available space comprises:

The Sanctuary. Our worship area has fixed screen which can be connected for powerpoint display and film. There is comfortable seating for 140 people, which is a flexible space and can be set out in alternative layouts – theatre style or re-arranged with tables.

There is a quiet room at the rear of the Sanctuary with glass windows and a link to the sound system. There is also another room at the rear of the Sanctuary to control the powerpoint and sound systems.

The Concourse. Access to the Sanctuary is via the Concourse and this area can be used for ‘overflow seating’ from the Sanctuary. The Concourse can also be used as a separate space which will seat 60.

The Fringe Room. This is a separate room next to the Concourse which is ideal for smaller groups. It will seat 12-15 people for small meetings.

The Den. This room will seat up to 25 people in theatre style. This room is also a flexible space and can be used without seating. An ideal space for children’s parties. It is on a lower level, accessible from the Concourse but also has a separate entrance with direct access from the car park.

The Kitchen. The kitchen is adjacent to the Concourse and is of a catering standard. It includes microwave, zip water heater, hot and cold sinks, gas hob and electric fan oven. Other than for making tea and coffee, users of the kitchen will need to complete a health and safety form and provide a food hygiene certificate.

Toilets. There are separate female/male and disabled toilets accessible from the Concourse. There is also a separate toilet accessed from the Den.
